3-4 zucchine a dadi
2-3 melanzane a dadi
3 carote affettate
3 patate medie pelate e a dadi
1 peperone rosso tagliato a filetti
2 porri affettati
1 scatola ceci
1 scatola pomodori
2-3 cucchiaini curcuma
3 cucchiaini garam masala
olio extra vergine d'oliva q.b.

In una capiente padella versa l'olio, il porro affettato e i peperoni.Lascia soffriggere per pochi minuti e aggiungi tutte le altre verdure e mescola bene.Cuoci coperto per 15 minuti aggiungendo un pò d'acqua. Aggiungi sale.Quando le verdure saranno abbastanza cotte e morbide aggiungi il pomodoro, le spezie e cuoci ancora per circa 10 minuti. aggiungi i ceci e continua la cottura per altri 10 minuti e comunque finchè tutti gli ingredienti risultino cotti. L'indy ciabbott deve risultare ben amalgamato e non troppo liquido. Servi con pane o con frittelle (a piacimento può essere aggiunto a fine cottura del peperoncino fresco).

"aubergines au balsamic vinegar"

1-2 medium chopped aubergines
2-3 tbsp extra-vrigin olive oil
1 garlic clove
chopped parslay
1-2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
salt
how to cook:
pour oil, garlic and chopped aubergine into a large pan.
cook for 10 min, until auberegine turns dark.mix constantly.add salt.add always water when it's dry.
add 1-2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar(or more,if you like!)and chopped parslay.
cook more for 6-7 minutes and serve with bread.

versa l'olio, l'aglio e le melanzane a cubetti in una padella larga. cuoci per 10 minuti, finchè le melanzane non diventano scure.mescola costantemente.aggiungi sale. aggiungi sempre acqua quando si asciuga. aggiungi 1-2 cucchiai d'aceto balsamico (o di più se ti piace!) e il prezzemolo tritato. cuoci ancora per 6-7 minuti e servi con pane.

one of the best microsound disc i never heard. this mini cd flow like water into my mind. 18 minutes of soft waves and silence that accomplish their frequencies slowly and fast. really really well done. as established in the numerous reviews... very good! (a)

it's always so nice! hypo do this simply lovely music... he's a really tasteful man for arrangement of cracked pop songs... it's funny.. surprising... good sounds combine, many different sources.. what you want more??? : ) more here.

"Active Suspension vs. Clapping music" - 2 cds - (Active Suspension 2002)
active suspension is just a really wonderful label. it's another great project beetwen active and clapping and it's lovely too. here there's many many kind of music... and surely you'll found your song-style. what is good is that in each active suspension stuff i feel genuineness and good vibe... and come the desire to write a song : ) ! it's another record to get for sure.(a)

Koura - sample cd - 2002
it's a lovely way for to compose music. all the 12 tracks from this cd were recorded live, no multi-track or editing software was utilized, and it sounds really well do! this is not the usual enviromental recordings... here Koura manipulated the enviromental sources in real time... and what can i say? the result is really amazing. you can listen to it using the headphones and enjoy all the situations that Koura build... lovely. also what a great sound!(a)

Gabor Szabo - "the sorcerer" - (Impulse!)
it's the first time i listen to this guitar. it's really nice. it is a recording of a jazz workshop on 15-15 april 1967, but the jazz-guitar of Szabo suonds really really modern. cool!(a)

Lance Grabmiller - "Anthropology" - (Grinder 2002)
in the last 2\3 days we listened many times to this disc. it's really cool and everytime we listen to it we found something new! really well do music! with a cool drum-programming and sound. we found this music really cinematic... we hope that it will be used for some video\film. Inside the cover there's: "with harsh frequencies and undercurrents pulverizing onto a thick canvas, darks become intentionally dirty - anti color, anti sound - like cuts of an unclean knife into a clean white surface. there are no provocative manifestoes in these sounds. it is simply a course both helped and hindered by this age. these efforts will find the best possible continuation: a restoration of the power of reason."

Urkuma - "Tinnitus" - cd.r demo 2002
here the text wrote on the demo: "Tinnitus is the perception of sounds, ringing, hissing or any other sound when no external sound is present. Millions of people have the perception of sounds when no external sound is present: for many of them the "Tinnitus" (medical word from latin) or "Acufene" (from Greek) is the trouble so severe to alter deeply their quality of life". maybe too microsounds for my taste... but overall i enjoy his tie with his terra... south italy is really evocative...(a)

ENT - "Cohai" cd-r (yet to be released)
this friends from Belluno (italy) play really well music, also they are really kind. it's a duo, and this the last work they do. On this cd-r there's a really amazing piece titled "My avatar is a normal guy". it don't want to leave our cd-player! they played many instruments for this cd-r, computer, guitar, objects, drum, tenor sax, bass, double bass (?). it's really well do, and we hope that as soon it will be released for a good label.

what a beatiful music! i'm always happy when i read that something was do "without computer"! for this record (that i hope will be released as soon), Hervè Boghossian and Jurgen Heckel used guitars, detuned piano, guitar-amplifier and cable-jacks, mixing-desk, md-player. the result is really cool. some pieces of this record could be played many many time, it will never bore you. really beatiful sounds.(a)

really well music. it's a nice listening of very mature electronic music. this night i'm listening it for the 2nd time, and i'm enjoying a lot, too if i'm listening to low volume. i wanted to see a live performance of Jurgen Heckel, as to enjoy at all his amazing ability to communicate with music! i think we'll sample too much this disc... there are some wonderful sounds! : ) check it out.(a)

hinterlandt - "studien für piano und whitenoise"
yesteday night was dedicated to jochen gutsch aka hinterlandt, and i was impressed by the variousness of style that he's able to play. there are pieces close to microsounds... pieces close to techno... and overall i felt the presence of a german nice human that live in Sidney... i don't know why... : ) However nice music, and great concept: "[...] hinterlandt will not submit to the rule or guidelines of any specific scene or industry". I think it's cool, and it is into the hinterlandt music.

stefano de santis is a newest electronic musician from Tuglie (Lecce - Italy). on he's website you'll find some free mp3s. now i'm listening to "xxx", a piece composed with some field recording of a dirge in his place and a computer. this piece is also associated to the snapshot "024" for which Urkuma wrote a text. He's looking for advices about he's music, so download his pieces! I'm enjoying.

we went in Rome for dissonanze festival few days ago, and we tried to record a bootleg using a stupid tape recorder... the battery was too dump... and so the tape is something really ugly! : ) it seem just a loop tape that play from low pitch to normal pitch over and over...
